摘要
未来食品的发展给未来食品包装的发展和“食品包装学”课程教学提出了新的机遇与挑战。阐述了“食品包装学”与未来食品发展之间的关系,并从教材、教学大纲、教学模式改革3个方面提出思考和建议,以期为“食品包装学”发展提供新的思路和见解。
The development of future foods poses new opportunities and challenges for the development of food packaging and the teaching of Food Packaging in the future.This article explained the relationship between Food Packaging and future food development,and proposed thoughts and suggestions from three aspects:textbooks,teaching outlines,and reform of teaching modes.The aim was to provide new ideas and insights for the development of Food Packaging.
