溶剂浸提法提取烟碱的优化研究

摘要 为克服传统溶剂浸提法提取烟碱的不足,从废弃烟末中高效提取烟碱,对溶剂浸提法、超声辅助溶剂浸提法对烟碱的提取效果进行研究,设计流动洗脱的柱式浸提烟碱装置,采用固相萃取的方法对烟碱进行富集。结果表明,利用柱式流动洗脱烟碱浸提装置提取烟碱的回收率高于传统方法中的溶剂浸提法与超声辅助浸提法,得到的粗烟碱的量为18.57~20.12 g,烟碱的纯度为88.21%~90.30%,烟碱的回收率为78.55%~82.30%,精密度为0.93%~3.34%(n=5),回收率较高,精密度良好。 In order to overcome the deficiencies of traditional solvent extraction for nicotine extraction and provide reference for efficient extraction of nicotine from discarded tobacco,this paper studied the extraction effects of solvent extraction and ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction for nicotine extraction,designed a flow elution column extraction device for nicotine extraction,and used solid phase extraction to enrich nicotine.The results showed that the recovery rate of nicotine extraction with column flow elution device was higher than that of traditional solvent extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction.The amount of crude nicotine was between 18.57~20.12 g,the purity of nicotine was between 88.21%~90.30%,the recovery of nicotine was between 78.55%~82.30%,the precision was between 0.93%~3.34%(n=5),the recovery was high and the precision was good.
