基于SPME-GC-MS的杏子提取物挥发性成分分析及其应用

摘要 采用固相微萃取结合GC-MS技术对杏子提取物的挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明,从杏子提取物中共鉴定出50种挥发性成分,其主要成分为香茅醛(17.28%)、柠檬烯(11.04%)、丁香酚(7.64%)、香茅醇(7.25%)、香芹酮(6.28%)等物质构成了杏子提取物的主体香韵,能够增加卷烟果香、甜香、膏香、清香香韵,降低卷烟的辛辣感和刺激性,提升烟气品质,改善余味,提高卷烟吸食品质。 The volatile components of apricot extract were analyzed and identified by solid phase microextraction combined with GC-MS.The results showed that 50 volatile components were identified from apricot extract,and the main component was citronellal(17.28%),Limonene(11.04%),Eugenol(7.64%),Citronellol(7.25%),Carvone(6.28%)and other substances constitute the main aroma of apricot extract,which could increase the fruity,sweet,creamy and delicate aroma of cigarettes,reduce the pungency and irritation of cigarettes,improved the quality of smoke,improved the aftertaste,and improved the smoking quality of cigarettes.
