摘要
“农产品安全检测”课程实践性和综合性很强。在传统的课堂及实验教学过程中,教学方式缺乏特色,教学和考核模式单一,学生实际参与度较低,教学效果一般。按照选定案例、设置问题、录制微课、推送资料、学生学习与探讨、评价学习效果等步骤,将微课结合PBL教学法应用于“农产品安全检测”教学中,提高了学生学习的主动性,有利于培养学生分析及解决问题能力。
The course of Agricultural Product Safety Inspection is practical and comprehensive.In the traditional teaching process,the teaching method lacks characteristics,and the teaching and assessment mode is single.The actual participation of students is low,and the teaching effect is general.According to the following steps of selecting cases,setting up problems,recording micro classes,pushing materials,students'learning and discussion,and evaluating learning effects,the author applied micro classes combined with PBL teaching method to the teaching of Agricultural Products Safety Inspection.The application of teaching method of PBL mode assisted with micro-course improved students'learning initiative and was conducive to cultivating students'ability to analyze and solve problems.
