加工工艺对高强度15-5PH钢力学性能与侵彻性能的影响

摘要 为获得加工工艺对高强度钢性能的影响,选取激光选区熔化(selective laser melting,SLM)和锻造工艺加工弹丸,通过镜像观测、准静态、SHPB和混凝土侵彻等研究手段,对比分析了三种SLM制造工艺以及锻造工艺对于15-5PH钢性能的影响.结果表明,SLM技术细化了15-5PH钢组织的晶粒,SLM成型的15-5PH钢力学性能有提升,其中SLM-B工艺的提升效果明显,SLM-B成型的15-5PH钢的准静态屈服强度相较于锻造工艺提升幅度达13.1%;其动态屈服强度相较于锻造工艺钢提高了9.0%;且SLM-B工艺对弹丸抗磨蚀性能最好.试验结果表明SLM工艺提高了15-5PH钢力学性能和抗磨蚀能力. In order to obtain the influence of processing technology on the mechanical properties and penetration performance of high strength 15-5PH steel,selective laser melting(SLM)and forging process were selected to process projectiles.The effects of three SLM manufacturing processes and forging process on the properties of 15-5PH steel were compared and analyzed by means of mirror observation,quasi-static,SHPB and concrete penetration.The results show that SLM technology refines the grains of 15-5PH steel,and the mechanical properties of 15-5PH steel formed by SLM are improved.The improvement effect of SLM-B process is more obvious.The quasi-static yield strength of 15-5PH steel formed by SLM-B can be enhanced 13.1%than that of forging process.The tensile strength can be increased by 15.8%compared with the forging process.Compared with the forging process steel,the dynamic yield strength can be increased by 9.0%.And the SLM-B process can provide the best anti-wear performance for the projectile.The experimental results show that the SLM process can improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of 15-5PH steel.
