Research on the Statistical Standardization of Public Libraries

公共图书馆通过统计数据反馈服务效能,统计是公共图书馆业务工作中非常重要的组成部分,通过研究我国现行的公共图书馆统计的国家标准、行业标准、地方标准、团体标准,结合国内公共图书馆统计工作实际,发现统计标准化存在的问题,提出规划统计制度、研制和修订统计标准、开展标准宣贯和监督等对策,促进公共图书馆统计事业健康发展。

Public libraries use statistical data to feedback service effectiveness,and statistics is a very important part of public library business work.By studying the current national standards,industry standards,local standards and group standards for public library statistics in China,and combining with the actual situation of domestic public library statistics work,the paper finds out the problems in statistical standardization,and proposes measures such as planning statistical systems,developing and revising statistical standards,conducting standard publicity and supervision,etc.,to promote the healthy development of public library statistics.
