以创新能力培养为导向的研究生课程团队教学模式探索与实践——以材料设计课程为例

Exploration and practice of the team-teaching mode of material design graduate course oriented by the cultivation of innovation ability

从知识体系、教学内容、教学形式、考核方式4个方面,对材料设计课程进行了以创新能力培养为目标的教学模式探索与实践。提出了通过建立知识体系、掌握研究方法、了解前沿课题、提高实践能力,提升研究生创新能力的“四位一体”教学模式。相应的教学效果评价显示,该教学模式能够有效提升研究生的创新意识和能力。

This paper explores the teaching reform of material design courses with the goal of cultivating innovative abilities from four aspects:knowledge system,teaching content,teaching form,and assessment methods.It advocates a“four in one”teaching model that enhances graduate students'innovative abilities by establishing a knowledge system,mastering research methods,understanding cutting-edge topics,and improving practical abilities.The evaluation of teaching effectiveness shows that this model can effectively enhance the innovation awareness and ability of graduate students.
