当代世界进入新的动荡变革期,中国式现代化在国际社会权力结构的全球范围嬗变、国际交往的底层逻辑重塑、深层次全球化与新技术革命的挑战、全球治理体系面临的困境日趋凸显等外部环境不断变化的影响下,面临着大国战略竞争加剧、逆全球化及贸易保护主义升级、地缘政治风险重新抬头、全球合作机制的碎片化趋势加剧等前所未有的风险。始终保持战略定力和战略主动、努力打造和提升战略思维、牢固树立和践行总体国家安全观、积极构建风险防范和化解机制是推进中国式现代化应对外部风险的关键着力点。

The contemporary world has entered a new period of turbulence and changes.Under the influence of the changing external environment,including the change in the power structure of the international community,the reshaping of the underlying logic of international exchanges,the challenges of deep-layer globalization and the new technological revolution,and the increasingly prominent difficulties faced by the global governance system,Chinese modernization is facing unprecedented risks such as intensifying strategic competition among major powers,escalating anti-globalization and trade protectionism,resurfacing geopolitical risks,and intensifying fragmentation of global cooperation mechanisms.Maintaining strategic focus and strategic initiative,establishing and upgrading strategic thinking,firmly establishing and adopting a holistic approach to national security,and actively building a risk prevention and resolution mechanism are some key points for coping with external risks and advancing on the Chinese path to modernization.
