中国共产党对于建设和治理大党有着长期深入的思考和丰富的实践,在革命、建设、改革和新时代各个历史时期,中国共产党不断结合党的实际探索大党建设的路径,取得了丰硕的成果。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央站在巩固党长期执政地位的战略高度,开辟了新时代全面从严治党的新局面,使党的自我革命展现出新的气象。中国共产党对大党建设的历史探索启示我们:要对党的队伍和自身发展发生的深刻变化保持高度清醒,把提高党的建设质量放在突出位置;要对组织规模扩大对组织结构的影响保持高度清醒,进一步健全维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的制度;要对大党建设的长期性和复杂性保持高度清醒,确保党不变质不变色不变味,确保党始终赢得人民拥护、巩固长期执政地位。

The CPC has conducted in-depth thinking and enriched practice in building and governing a large party for a long time.In various historical periods of revolution,construction,reform and the new era,the CPC has continuously explored in the path of building a large party in combination with the actual situation of the Party,and has achieved fruitful results.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core has,from the strategic height of consolidating the Party’s position as the long-term governing party,has opened new ground for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance in the new era,and made new accomplishments in exercising Party self-reform.The CPC’s historical exploration in building a large party enlightens us a lot.We must stay alert to the changes in Party composition and self-development,and pay more attention to improve the quality of Party building.We must stay alert to the influence of enlarging organizational scale on organizational structure,and further improve the systems for upholding the CPC Central Committee’s authority and its centralized,unified leadership.We must stay alert to the long term and complexity of building a large party and ensure that the Party will never change its nature,its conviction or its character,so as to maintain the people’s support and consolidate our position as the long-term governing party.
