新时代健全全面从严治党体系研究述评

A Review of the Studies of Improving the Systems for ExercisingFull and Rigorous Party Self-governance in the New Era

党的二十大首次提出了“健全全面从严治党体系”这一重大命题,构建全面从严治党体系是一项具有全局性、开创性的工作,这一命题迅速引起了学术界的广泛关注。学界围绕全面从严治党体系的内涵外延、重要价值、体系框架、重大意义以及实践路径等多方面开展了探讨和研究,对于推动全面从严治党体系协同构建提供了一定理论支撑和实践启迪。然而,总体来看,学界对该问题的研究尚处于初步阶段,仍存在不足之处:对于全面从严治党体系基本概念与理论内涵界定比较模糊,学理阐释与学术构建比较薄弱,突出问题与建构对策的研究仍然比较欠缺。今后的研究中,要进一步强化基本概念与基本范畴的科学界定、深化全面从严治党体系构建的对策路径研究、着力提高全面从严治党体系的学理性阐释和学术化建构水平。

The 20th National Congress of the CPC has for the first time put forward the great proposition of improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance.Building the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance is an overall and pioneering work.This proposition has quickly attracted extensive attention from the academic circle,and discussions and studies have been carried out on the connotation and extension,important value,system and framework,important meaning and practical path of the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance,providing some theoretical support and practical enlightenment for promoting the coordinated construction of the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance.However,on the whole,the academic circle’s research on this issue is still in the preliminary stage,and there are still shortcomings:the basic concept and theoretical connotation of the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance are relatively vague,the theoretical interpretation and academic construction are weak,and the research on prominent problems and constructive countermeasures is still insufficient.In the future research,we should further strengthen the scientific definition of basic concepts and basic categories,deepen the research on countermeasures and paths for building the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance,and strive to improve the academic interpretation and construction level of the systems for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance.
