本科实习护生临床实践反思水平及影响因素分析

摘要 目的:了解本科实习护生的临床实践反思水平及其影响因素,为构建针对性干预方案提供参考。方法:采取便利抽样法,采用一般资料调查表、护生临床实践反思问卷、临床实践能力量表、临床护理教育不文明行为量表、本科护生实习转型冲击评价量表对四川省3所高校的595名本科实习护生进行调查。结果:本科实习护生临床实践反思总分为(131.93±21.27)分。是否毕业后愿意从事护理工作、带教方式总体满意度、实习医院等级、临床实践能力、临床护理教育不文明行为、实习转型冲击是本科护生临床实践反思的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:本科实习护生临床实践反思水平处于中等偏上水平,影响因素较多。护理教育者可针对影响因素进行干预,以进一步提升本科实习护生的临床实践反思水平。 Objective:To understand the reflection level of clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for constructing targeted intervention programs.Methods:A total of 595 undergraduate nursing trainees from three universities in Sichuan Province from January to May 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,Reflection on Clinical Practice Questionnaire for Nursing Students,The Clinical Competence Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students,Uncivil Behavior in Clinical Nursing Education Scale,and the Transition Shock Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students were used.Results:The total score of clinical practice reflection of undergraduate nursing students was(131.93±21.27).After graduation,the intention to engage in nursing work,the overall satisfaction of teaching methods,the grade of internship hospital,clinical practice ability,uncivilized behavior of clinical nursing education and the impact of internship transformation were the main influencing factors of clinical practice reflection of undergraduate nursing students(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The reflection level of clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students is above the average level,and there are many influencing factors.Nursing educators can intervene according to the influencing factors to further improve the reflection level of clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students.
