浅谈基于RSE-M2010版及2012补遗的第三代核电堆型役前检查设计的几点建议

The Pre-service Inspection Design of the Third Generation Nuclear Power Reactor Based on the RSE-M2010 and 2012 Addendum

根据RSE-M 2010版+2012补遗附录1.3—适用法规标准清单,与本版本RSE-M规范相匹配的设计建造规范版本为RCC-M2007版+2008补遗+2009补遗。鉴于国内第三代机组均基于RCC-M2007版开展设计和建造,重点针对RSE-M2010版+2012补遗中役前和在役RSE-M分级和检查物项筛选要求进行梳理,分析规范使用与国内核电设计工程实践的局限性和建议解决策略,为后续第三代堆型役前检查正向设计提供参考。

According RSE-M 2010 and 2012 addendum Appendix 1.3:List of Applicable Regulations and Standards,the design and construction rules applicable to mechanical components RCC-M 2007 and 2008 addendum and 2009 addendum matching to this version of RSE-M.In view of the design and construction of the third generation unit based on RCC-M2007,this paper focuses on sorting out the requirements of the pre-service and in-service include RSE-M classification and inspection item recognition in the RSE-M 2010 and 2012addendum,analyzes the limitations between the RSE-M and domestic nuclear power design practice,and suggests solutions,so as to provide reference for the forward design of pre-service inspection of the following third generation unit.
