核电厂设备闸门法兰密封结构对密封性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 设备闸门贯穿核电厂反应堆安全壳,是安全壳承压边界的重要组成部分。为确保连接处的密封性能,设备闸门封头与预埋贯穿筒节间的连接采用法兰密封连接结构。对于法兰密封连接结构,密封圈和密封槽的匹配性设计尤为重要。采用试验的方法对设计的6套双道密封圈法兰密封结构进行密封性能试验验证,结果表明单沟槽双道O形密封的双道密封圈法兰密封结构密封性能综合评价最高,采用该结构方案可有效确保核电厂设备闸门封头法兰与预埋贯穿筒节法兰间的密封连接结构的密封性和安全性,为核电站的安全、可靠运行提供技术保障。 In order to ensure the sealing performance of the equipment access hatch as the third safety barrier of the nuclear island,connections between the equipment access hatch's head and the embedded through-through cylinder joints adopt the flange sealing connection structure.For the flange seal connection structure,the matching design of the seal and its groove is particularly important.The experimental investigation is performed to verify the sealing performance of the designed 6 sets double sealing flange structures.Experimental results show that the comprehensive evaluation of the sealing performance of the double-channel sealing O-ring with the sealing flange structure is best,and which can be used for the flange sealing connection structure between the equipment access hatch's head and the embedded through-through cylinder joints of the nuclear power plant.
