核岛结构温度效应分析方法讨论和建议

摘要 核电厂核岛厂房结构设计需要考虑正常运行以及事故工况下的温度作用。不同于其他类型的荷载,温度作用产生的效应会因为材料弹性模量变化、截面开裂等原因得到释放。温度作用计算方法包括简化公式法、非线性有限元分析法、折减系数法等。本文针对国际主流核电厂设计规范中提到的温度作用计算方法进行了探讨,通过算例对不同方法进行了对比分析,并给出了工程应用建议,内容可供从事核电厂结构分析的科研和设计人员参考。 It is necessary to consider the thermal effect under normal operation and accident condition in the design of nuclear island building structure.Different from other types of loads,the effect of thermal will be released due to the reduction of material elastic modulus,section cracking and other reasons.The calculation methods of thermal effect include simplified formula method,reduced coefficient method,nonlinear finite element analysis method,etc.In this paper,the calculation methods suggested in the international mainstream nuclear power plant design code are discussed,and the different methods are compared and analyzed by numerical examples,and the engineering application suggestions are given,which can be used as reference in the structural analysis of nuclear power plant.
