面向老年人的厨房设计研究

Research on Kitchen Design for the Elderly

在中国传统文化的观念影响下,老年群体更愿意选择居家养老。厨房作为居家养老的重要活动空间,在老年人的日常生活中占有非常重要的地位。目前厨房设计并未考虑老年人的生理与心理需求。因此,文章通过用户访谈、行为观察、人机工学等方法,分析老年人在使用厨房时的交互行为,提出对应的设计思路,并以此作为依据进行设计实践。希望通过文章的研究,能够为适老化厨房设计提供参考。

Under the influence of traditional Chinese culture,the elderly group is more willing to choose home based elderly care.As an important activity space for elderly care at home,the kitchen plays a very important role in the daily life of the elderly.At present,the kitchen design does not consider the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly.Therefore,the article analyzes the interactive behavior of elderly people when using the kitchen through methods such as user interviews,behavior observation,and ergonomics,Propose corresponding design ideas and use them as a basis for design practice.I hope that the research in this article can provide reference for the design of aging friendly kitchens.
