智慧城市视角下的老旧社区环境改造设计研究——以长春为例

Research on the Design of Environmental Renovation of Old Community under the Perspective of Smart City-Taking Changchun as an Example

当前,中国城市住宅建筑新增发展正在逐渐减缓,而未来中国城市规划建筑的发展也将逐渐从过去的新增需求转向现有建筑的更新和利用。国内正进行大规模老旧社区的提升与整治。文章在智慧化视角下探究老旧社区的环境改造设计,并以长春市为例分析老旧社区的问题,改善老旧社区的环境状态,塑造智慧化环境与智慧化生活。以期提高居民的幸福指数,为现代高质量生活的社区智慧化建设提供借鉴和启示。

At present,the new development of urban residential buildings in China is gradually slowing down,and the development of urban planning buildings in China in the future will gradually shift from the new demand in the past to the renewal and utilization of existing buildings.China is carrying out large-scale renovation of old communities.This paper explores the environmental transformation design of old communities from the perspective of wisdom,and takes Changchun City as an example to analyze the problems of old communities,improve the environmental state of old communities,and build smart environment and smart life.In order to improve the happiness index of residents and provide reference and enlightenment for the intelligent construction of modern community with high quality of life.
