基于场所依恋理论的开放式住区归属感评价与设计研究——以广州天鹅花苑为例

Research on the Evaluation and Design of Sense of Belonging in Open Residential Areas Based on Place Attachment Theory-Taking Guangzhou Swan Garden as an Example

住区场所的归属感是指住区内的居民对住区地域和人群集合体产生认同、喜爱和依恋等心理感受。近年来,开放式住区逐渐进入人们的视野,开放式住区意味着住区部分私人领域将与城市人群共享,“围墙”的消失与外来人员的往来使得住区居民的归属感受到影响。为增强开放式住区居民的归属感,维系住区和谐,文章以广州市天鹅花苑开放式住区为例,基于场所依恋理论,采用层次分析法构建开放式住区归属感评价指标体系,将指标权重数据分析与现状问题相结合,提出天鹅花苑开放式住区的改造设计策略,以期提升开放式住区的归属感。

The sense of belonging in the residential area refers to the psychological feelings such as the identification,love and attachment of the residents in the residential area and the community.In recent years,open residential areas gradually come into people's vision.The open residential area means that part of the private area of the residential area is shared with the urban population,and the disappearance of the"wall"and the flow of outsiders affect the sense of belonging of residents in the residential area.In order to enhance the sense of belonging of residents in open residential areas and maintain the harmony of residential areas.Based on the place attachment theory,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of belonging in open residential areas by using analytic hierarchy process,combines the analysis of index weight data with the current situation,and puts forward the transformation design strategy of open residential areas of Swan Garden,in order to enhance the sense of belonging in open residential areas.
