他汀类药物作为调节脂质的一线药物,被广泛应用于临床。由于应用人数多,其肌痛在临床实践中更为常见。然而,在基层医院,由他汀类药物引起的肌痛症状在很大程度上被忽略了。由于缺乏认识和监管,患者疼痛反应得不到及时处理,生活质量下降。本研究报告了1例应用他汀类药物引起全身疼痛的病例的处理过程。以提高基层医生对他汀类药物不良反应的认识和治疗能力。

As the fi rst-line drugs for lipid regulation,statins are widely used in clinical practice.Due to the large number of application people,its myalgia is more common in clinical practice.However,in primary hospitals,myalgia symptoms caused by statins are largely ignored.Due to the lack of awareness and supervision,patients'pain response is not timely handled and their quality of life decreases.This paper reports the management process of a case of statin application causing systemic pain.To improve the awareness and treatment ability of basic doctors of adverse reactions of statins.
