糖尿病足溃疡创面形成机制及外科治疗进展

Progress in wound formation mechanism and surgical treatment of diabetes foot ulcer

近些年,我国糖尿病病人的数量随着生活质量的改善而与日俱增,再加上患者对该病的忽视从而使其相关并发症的发生也逐渐增高。作为糖尿病的并发症,糖尿病足(Diabetic Foot,DF)是导致患者残疾的主要原因,糖尿病足已经成为威胁糖尿病人的最大因素,给人们的生活和健康造成很大的困难。糖尿病足的高死亡率和高医疗花费,给病人和社会带来沉重负担。由于糖尿病足具有复杂的发病机制及慢性难愈合等特点,因此在临床上对于糖尿病足的治疗常常令临床医生一筹莫展。笔者通过对糖尿病足相关发病机制进行简单阐述及通过阅读相关文献对糖尿病足的发病机制和外科治疗进展进行综述以求为临床医务人员及患者提供更多帮助。

In recent years,the number of diabetic patients in China has increased with the improvement of life quality,and patients'neglect of the disease has led to a gradual increase in the incidence of its related complications.As a complication of diabetes mellitus,DiabeticFoot(DF)is the main cause of disability in patients.Diabetic foot has become the biggest factor threatening diabetic patients,causing great diffifficulties to people's life and health.The high mortality rate and high medical cost of diabetic foot bring heavy burden to patients and society.Because diabetic foot is characterized by complex pathogenesis and chronic diffifficulty in healing,the clinical treatment of diabetic foot often leaves clinicians at a loss.The author brieflfly explained the pathogenesis of diabetic foot and reviewed the progress of the pathogenesis and surgical treatment of diabetic foot by reading relevant literatures in order to provide more help for clinical medical staffff and patients.
