Institutional Leadership of CPC refers to the comprehensive of ability,power and effectiveness in leading institutional construction,which has four characteristics in theory,including the unity of integration and multidimensionality,the coexistence of static quality and dynamic quality,the coordination of interactivity and legitimacy,the interaction of positivity and leadership.In practice,improving Institutional Leadership of CPC will strengthen leadership of CPC,promote development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and accelerate the process of Chinese modernization.In the new era,it is effective to consolidate leadership power of CPC,perfect the leadership system of CPC,enhance leadership quality of party cadres,and shape modern leadership culture.
