新农科背景下农业管理硕士研究生协同培养模式研究

农业管理硕士研究生人才培养模式需要响应新农科背景下的要求。2019年以来,农业管理硕士研究生规模增长快速,其协同发展模式的构建直接关系到农业农村社会的健康发展。该文针对新农科背景下农业管理硕士研究生教育存在的问题,对协同培养模式的改革进行探讨,分别协同培养单位选择、优化课程设置和教育方案、导师队伍建设、加强和创新实习实践环节等方面进行阐述,以期为高校农业管理硕士研究生的人才培养提供参考。

The talent training mode of agricultural management postgraduates needs to respond to the requirements of the new agricultural background.Since 2019,the scale of postgraduates in agricultural management has increased rapidly,and the construction of its collaborative development model is directly related to the healthy development of agricultural and rural society.Aiming at the problems existing in the graduate education of agricultural management in the context of the New Agricultural Science,this paper probes into the reform of the cooperative training mode.This paper expounds the selection of collaborative training units,the optimization of curriculum arrangement and education plan,the construction of tutors and the strengthening and innovation of practice links,in order to provide reference for the personnel training of agricultural management postgraduates in colleges and universities.
