马克思主义视角下乡村振兴的理论内核与实现路径

马克思主义为乡村振兴战略提供丰富的学理依据,是地域分工理论、城乡关系理论和生态文明理论在新时代中国特色社会主义建设中的又一生动实践。从现实来看,实施乡村振兴战略是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,是化解我国不平衡不充分矛盾的必然选择,也是实现我国可持续发展的有效路径。从马克思主义理论来看,乡村振兴是量变与质变的辩证统一,也是生产力水平的发展和社会分工的高级化的必然结果。其中,人的全面发展是乡村振兴的主体条件,人与自然的辩证统一是乡村振兴的重要组成部分。在此基础上,提出包括缩小城乡生产力水平差距、建设城乡要素双向流动的体制机制、推动城乡合作迈向新阶段和促进基本公共服务均等化等实现路径,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供政策支持。

Marxism provides a rich theoretical basis for the strategy of rural revitalization,and it is another vivid practice of the theory of regional division of labor,the theory of urban-rural relationship and the theory of ecological civilization in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.From a realistic point of view,the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the inevitable choice to resolve the imbalance and inadequate contradictions in our country,and the effective way to realize the sustainable development of our country.From the perspective of Marxist theory,rural revitalization is not only the dialectical unity of quantitative change and qualitative change,but also the inevitable result of the development of the level of productive forces and the advanced social division of labor.Among them,man's all-round development is the main condition of rural revitalization,and the dialectical unity of man and nature is an important part of rural revitalization.On this basis,this paper puts forward some realization paths,including narrowing the gap between urban and rural productivity,building an institutional mechanism for the two-way flow of urban and rural elements,promoting urban-rural cooperation to a new stage,and promoting the equalization of basic public services.to provide policy support for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
