乡村振兴战略背景下民办高校服务乡村人才振兴研究

乡村振兴靠人才,人才培养靠教育,振兴乡村教育既是乡村振兴略的重要支点,也是新时代建设教育强国的牢固根基。乡村振兴需要以乡村人才为保障,尤其是较为稀缺的乡村科技型人才。民办高校与乡村人才振兴之间紧密联系、相互作用。研究民办高校为乡村振兴人才培养服务,不仅有助于响应脱贫攻坚政策的实施,也有助于民办高校的办学目标、办学定位和专业化设置等。通过民办高校培育人才的方式,培养一批批高质量服务于乡村振兴的人才,真正做到乡村振兴,为乡村振兴战略提供有力支持。
