集装箱型柴油发电机组水温过高故障仿真分析及优化

摘要 针对某集装箱型柴油发电机组冷却水水温过高而导致的停机故障问题,对机组进行结构优化,并采用SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件对机组内部流场进行仿真验证。结果表明:将原集装箱右侧检修门改为百叶检修门,同时将排气消声器排烟方向进行调整后,机组结构可以满足该款柴油机冷却水水温不超过102℃的要求,解决了集装箱内风道不畅导致的机组冷却水水温过高的故障问题,提高了集装箱型柴油发电机组的运行稳定性。 In view of the shutdown fault caused by high cooling water temperature of a certain container unit,the unit structure was optimized,and SolidWorks Flow Simulation software was used to simulate and verify the internal flow field of the unit.Results show that by replacing the original right side access door of the container with a louver access door,and adjusting the exhaust direction of the exhaust muffler,the unit structure can meet the limit requirement that cooling water temperature of the diesel engine does not exceed 102℃,the problem of high cooling water temperature of the unit caused by poor air passage in the container can be solved,and the operational stability of the container-type diesel generator set can be improved.
