摘要
本文在分析智慧城市试点对城市生态效率影响机制的基础上,利用15年面板地级市数据,构建异时性双重差分模型,证实智慧城市试点显著提高了城市生态效率。在平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验等方法验证上述结果的稳健性之后,利用事件研究法发现智慧城市试点对城市生态效率促进作用具有持续性。同时,本文构建空间计量模型证实智慧城市不仅显著改善当地生态效率,还通过实用性创新溢出和产业结构升级对邻近城市生态效率有“虹吸”作用。进一步构建三重差分模型进行异质性分析发现,智慧城市试点对经济条件良好与地理位置优越城市的生态效率改善效果更好,本文的研究发现有助于理解智慧城市试点对区域生态效率改善的内在机制,为后续新一代城市建设、区域生态环境改善、污染联防联治、经济发展政策提供了强有力的证据支撑。
bstract:Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of Smart city policies on urban eco-efficiency,this article uses 15 years panel data and a staggered DID model to investigate that smart city has significantly improved urban eco-logical efficiency.After parallel trend test,placebo test,and robustness test,the results are still significant.This study uses event study method to prove the sustainability of smart city in promoting urban eco-efficiency.Spatial econo-metric models have also been constructed in this article to confirm that smart city not only significantly improves the local ecological efficiency,but also has a"siphon"effect on the ecological efficiency of neighboring cities through practical innovation and industrial sophistication spillovers.This study is helpful to understand the internal mechanism of the smart city improving the regional ecological efficiency,and provide strong evidence support for the city con-struction;regional ecological environment improvement;follow-up joint prevention and control of regional pollu-tion and economic development policies.
