摘要
大力培养农业生产经营人才、农村二三产业发展人才、乡村公共服务人才、乡村治理人才以及农业农村科技人才,是职业教育服务乡村振兴的新时代使命。挖掘不同人才类型的核心能力,有助于促进职业教育精准培养乡村振兴需求人才。针对乡村人才核心能力培养面临的培训体系缺乏连续性和系统性、人才培养模式缺乏异质性、人才质量评价缺乏特色化以及人才培养缺乏完善的制度支持等现实困境,提出如下建议:完善制度建设,保障人才核心能力培养;构建培养体系,以核心能力培养引领特色人才培养模式创新;推进职普融通,增强涉农职业教育吸引力。
Vigorously cultivating agricultural production and operation talents,rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry development talents,rural public service talents,rural governance talents,and agricultural and rural science and technology talents is the new era mission of vocational education to serve rural revitalization.Exploring the core competencies of different types of talents can help promote the precise cultivation of talents in rural revitalization through vocational education.In response to the practical difficulties faced by the lack of continuity and systematicity in the training system,heterogeneity in talent cultivation models,lack of distinctive evaluation of talent quality,and lack of comprehensive institutional support for talent cultivation in rural areas,the following suggestions are proposed:improving institutional construction to ensure the cultivation of core talent abilities;building a training system and leading innovative talent training models with core competencies cultivating;promoting the integration of vocational education and general education and enhancing the attractiveness of agricultural vocational education.
