摘要
进入新发展阶段,职业院校要把满足低收入家庭子女接受更好教育的新期待作为资助工作的出发点和落脚点,针对性实施职业素养教育,体系化支持家庭经济困难学生成长成才,推进资助育人从保障型向发展型延伸。从需求焦点、政策基点和实践落点等三方面厘清职业素养支撑职业院校帮困助学工作内涵建设的逻辑。我国应做好顶层设计,加强体制机制建设;研制教学内容,筑牢职业素养教育阵地;灵活运用各种教学方法、突出个人“全生活修炼”,提升困难学生综合竞争力,助力人力资源强国建设。
In the new stage of development,vocational colleges should take meeting the new expectations of low-income children to receive better education as the starting point and foothold of funding work,implement targeted vocational literacy education,systematically support the growth and development of students from financially disadvantaged families,and promote the extension of funding education from guarantee oriented to development oriented.The paper also clarify the logic behind the construction of the connotation of vocational education support from three aspects:demand focus,policy basis,and practical implementation.Based on these,the action strategies,including carrying out top-level design and strengthen the construction of institutional mechanisms;developing teaching content and building a solid foundation for vocational education;flexibly applying various teaching methods and highlight personal"whole life cultivation",are developed to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of disadvantaged students and assist in the construction of a strong human resources country.
