四肢软组织肿瘤合成磁共振图像与常规磁共振图像质量对比的初步研究

摘要 目的 探讨四肢软组织肿瘤合成磁共振图像与常规磁共振图像质量比较。方法 回顾性分析2021年12月至2023年1月于河南省肿瘤医院行同时行合成磁共振及常规磁共振扫描的四肢软组织肿瘤患者40例。Kappa分析两名医师主观评分一致性;比较合成磁共振与常规序列图像清晰度、图像伪影评分和肿瘤最长径差异。结果 两名医师对图像清晰度、图像伪影评分和肿瘤轴位最大径测量均一致性良好(Kappa值均>0.600)。Syn T1WI、con-T1WI序列图像清晰度比较,Syn T2WI、con-T2WI I序列图像清晰度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=1.000,0.083),Syn T2STIR与con-dixon-water-T2WI序列图像清晰度比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。Syn T1WI、con-T1WI序列图像伪影评分比较,Syn T2WI、con-T2WI图像伪影评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.070、0.056),Syn T2STIR,con-dixon-water-T2WI图像伪影评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。合成磁共振成像测得肿瘤长径均值(63.21±37.90)mm,常规序列测得肿瘤长径均值(63.13±36.92)mm,二者图像所测得肿瘤长径差异无统计学意义(t=0.009,P=0.992)。结论 合成磁共振成像对四肢软组织肿瘤显示清晰,大小测量与常规序列一致,Syn T1WI、Syn T2WI具有较好的图像质量,Syn T2STIR图像清晰度略差于常规压脂序列,伪影较常规序列明显,有待改善。 Objective To compare the quality of synthetic and routine magnetic resonance images in soft tissue tumors of limbs.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the 40 patients with soft tissue tumors of limbs who underwent synthetic and routine magnetic resonance scans in Henan Cancer Hospital between December 2021 and January 2023.The consistency of subjective scores by the two physicians was analyzed by Kappa value.The images resolution,scores of image artifacts and the maximum tumor diameter by synthetic magnetic resonance and routine sequence were compared.ResultsThere was good consistency in image resolution,image artifacts and the maximum tumor diameter by the two physicians(Kappa value>0.600).There was no significant difference in images resolution between Syn T1WI and con-T1WI sequences or between Syn T2WI and con-T2WI sequences(P=1.000,0.083),but there were significant differences between Syn T2STIR and con-dixon-water-T2WI sequences(P=0.025).There was no significant difference in scores of image artifacts between Syn T1WI and con-T1WI sequences or between Syn T2WI and con-T2WI sequences(P=0.070,0.056),but there were significant differences between Syn T2STIR and con-dixon-water-T2WI sequences(P=0.023).There was no significant difference in mean tumor diameter between synthetic magnetic resonance and routine sequence[(63.21±37.90)mm vs(63.13±36.92)mm;t=0.009,P=0.992].ConclusionSynthetic magnetic resonance imaging can clearly display soft tissue tumors of limbs,and the size measurement is consistent with that of routine sequence.Syn T1WI and Syn T2WI have better images quality.The image resolution of Syn T2STIR is slightly worse than that of routine lipid-compression sequence,and artifacts are more obvious compared with routine sequence,which needs to be improved.
