健脾疏肝通乳方联合阶段性药膳食疗在气血虚弱型产后缺乳治疗中的疗效观察

Effect of Jianpi Shugan Tongru prescription combined with staged medicinal diet therapy in treating postpartum hypogalactia of qi and blood deficiency pattern

目的分析健脾疏肝通乳方联合阶段性药膳食疗在气血虚弱型产后缺乳治疗中的疗效。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月在金华市人民医院分娩的气血虚弱型产后缺乳患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗)和试验组(接受健脾疏肝通乳方联合阶段性药膳食疗治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、泌乳相关指标、泌乳素(PRL)及雌二醇(E2)水平。结果研究共纳入100例患者,试验组和对照组各50例。治疗后,试验组患者总有效率及各项中医证候积分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组泌乳始动时间、乳房充盈评分及泌乳量均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者PRL水平高于对照组,E2水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾疏肝通乳方联合阶段性药膳食疗对气血虚弱型产后缺乳患者治疗效果良好,对患者中医证候积分、泌乳相关指标均有改善作用,且可调节PRL以及E2水平。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Jianpi Shugan Tongru prescription combined with staged medicinal diet therapy in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia of qi and blood deficiency pattern.Methods Patients with postpartum hypogalactia of qi and blood deficiency pattern who gave birth in Jinhua People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group(conventional treatment)and test group(treated with Jianpi Shugan Tongru prescription combined with staged medicinal diet therapy).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,lactation-related indexes,prolactin(PRL)and estradiol(E2)levels were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 100 patients were included in the study,including 50 patients in the test group and 50 in the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate and the TCM syndrome scores in the test group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the time to initiation of lactation,breast filling score and milk production in the test group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the PRL level in the test group was higher than that in the control group,the E2 level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shugan Tongru prescription combined with staged medicinal diet therapy has a good effect on the treatment of patients with postpartum hypogalactia of qi and blood dificiency pattern,and can improve the TCM syndrome scores and lactation-related indexes of patients,and can regulate the levels of PRL and E2.
