摘要
非黑色素瘤皮肤癌是全球范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤,主要包括基底细胞癌、皮肤鳞状细胞癌等。非黑色素瘤皮肤癌好发于面部,目前的一线治疗方案为手术治疗,手术切除会导致组织缺损,破坏面部器官功能和美观。手术后联合辅助性放射治疗可以提高术后美容效果,同时降低恶性肿瘤复发率。目前应用于皮肤肿瘤的放射治疗设备种类繁多,其中,新型直线加速器可以实现对辐照剂量的精确控制,针对病灶进行精确的定位和定向辐照,在保证靶区照射剂量的同时最大限度地减少对正常组织的损伤。本文旨在介绍新型直线加速器在NMSC术后放疗的优势,综述不同类型皮肤非黑色素瘤术后放疗的研究进展。
Non-melanoma skin cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world,mainly including basal cell carcinoma and skin squamous cell carcinoma.Non-melanoma skin cancer is more common in the face.At present,the first-line treatment is surgery,which will lead to tissue defect and destroy the function and beauty of facial organs.Postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy can improve the cosmetic effect and reduce the recurrence rate of malignant tumor.At present,there are many kinds of radiotherapy equipment used for skin tumors,among which the new linear accelerator can accurately control the irradiation dose,accurately locate and orient the lesions,and minimize the damage to normal tissues while ensuring the irradiation dose in the target area.The purpose of this article is to introduce the advantages of new linear accelerator in postoperative radiotherapy of NMSC,and to review the research progress of postoperative radiotherapy of different types of skin non-melanoma.
