赵进喜运用“和法”治疗糖尿病肾病经验

Experience of ZHAO Jin-xi in treating diabetic nephropathy with“harmony”method

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一,病情复杂,严重危害人类健康。赵进喜教授认为,糖尿病肾病多本虚标实之证,常表现为表里相兼、寒热错杂、气血同病,单纯用补益、温阳、清热、消导等方法皆不能满足临床实际。而“和法”有和解与调和作用,具体可发挥调和虚实,标本兼顾;调和表里,内外同治;调和寒热,寒温并用;调和血络,化瘀散结;调和三焦,分利水湿;调和脾胃,升降泄浊等作用。临床上,在谨守病机的基础上运用“和法”,根据患者的具体表现灵活选方用药,可取得较好的疗效。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes,and its condition is complex,which seriously harms human health.Prof.ZHAO Jin-xi believes that many syndromes of DN are manifested in exterior-interior affect,cold-heat jumble,qi-blood deficiency.Simply using methods such as tonifying,warming yang,clearing heat and resolving food can not meet the clinical practice.And“harmony”has the function of reconciliation and reconciliation,which can play a role in reconciling the virtual and the real,giving consideration to both the symptoms and the root causes;reconciling exterior and interior;reconciling cold and heat;regulating blood collaterals,removing blood stasis and disperse nodules;reconciling the triple energizer and dividing the water and dampness;regulating the spleen and stomach,lifting and discharging turbidity.Clinically,on the basis of observing the pathogenesis,using the“harmony”method and flexibly selecting prescriptions and drugs according to the specific performance of patients can achieve better curative effect.
