老年人血清胆红素、甲状腺功能与踝肱指数的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of serum bilirubin,thyroid function and ankle-brachial index of the elderly

目的分析老年人血清胆红素、甲状腺功能与踝肱指数(ABI)的相关性。方法选取老年患者198例,根据ABI检测值,将ABI≤1.0的患者作为外周动脉疾病组(PAD组),1.0<ABI≤1.4作为非PAD组。比较两组临床资料及实验室指标,将有意义的指标代入多因素Logistic回归性分析法,分析ABI的影响因素。结果PAD组CRP、LDL、HCY、TSH高于非PAD组,PAD组HDL、TBIL、DBIL、IBIL及FT3低于非PAD组(P<0.05)。性别、年龄、腹围、BMI及FT4两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、CRP、TSH及FT3是ABI的影响因素。结论老年人群血清胆红素水平、甲状腺功能与ABI值有关,是周围血管病的影响因素。

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum bilirubin,thyroid function and ABI in the elderly.Methods A total of 198 elderly patients were elected.According to the ABI value,ABl<1.0(with PAD)was classified as the decreased ABI group,and 1.0<ABI≤1.4(without PAD)was classified as the normal ABI group.The clinical data and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of ABI were analyzed by multivariate Logistic disease regression analysis.Results There were statistically significant difference in CRP,LDL,HDL,HCY,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,TSH and FT3 level between the two groups(P<0.05).There were nostatistically significant difference in gender,age,BMI,FT4 and abdomen circumference(P>0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that ABI was significantly affected by CRP,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,TSH and FT3 level.Conclusion Serum bilirubin level and thyroid function in elderly population are related to ABI value,which are the influencing factors of peripheral vascular.
