耳穴揿针在癌症相关并发症治疗中的临床应用现状

Current status of clinical application of auricular needle-embedding therapy in the treatment of cancer-related complications

由癌症及其治疗引起的相关并发症已经严重影响到了患者的治疗效果和生命质量。耳穴揿针疗法是由传统针刺疗法发展而来的新型耳针疗法,已在各种疾病的临床治疗中得到广泛应用,并体现出其独特的中医治疗优势。本文概述了耳穴揿针疗法治疗胃肠道不良反应、癌性疼痛、精神系统症状和癌因性疲乏等常见的癌症相关并发症的作用机制,介绍了各种癌症相关并发症的中西医治疗现状,以及病名、病因病机、中医治则和常用耳穴等中医认识,重点分析、总结了耳穴揿针在这些常见的癌症相关并发症的临床应用现状,发现耳穴揿针疗法在治疗癌症相关并发症上具有作用显著、安全性高、简单便捷和患者依从性高等优势。本文认为耳穴揿针疗法是一种能够改善癌症相关并发症,提高患者生命质量的有效措施,值得在癌症相关并发症的临床治疗中进一步推广。

The complications related to cancer and its treatment have seriously affected the treatment and quality of life of patients.As a new type of auricular acupuncture therapy developed from traditional acupuncture therapy,auricular needle-embedding therapy has been widely used in the clinical treatment of various diseases,and reflects its unique advantages in traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarizes the mechanism of action of auricular needle-embedding therapy in the treatment of common cancer-related complications such as gastrointestinal adverse reactions,cancer pain,psychiatric symptoms and cancer-related fatigue,introduces the current status of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of various cancer-related complications,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine understanding of disease names,etiology and pathogenesis,TCM treatment rules and common auricular acupoints,and focuses on analyzing and summarizing the clinical application status of auricular needle-embedding in the treatment of these common cancer-related complications,simplicity and patient compliance.Therefore,this article suggests that auricular needle-embedding therapy is an effective measure that can improve cancer-related complications and improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of further promotion and use in the clinical treatment of cancer-related complications.
