老年白内障患者家庭功能与自我感受负担 心理健康状况及生活自理能力的相关性

Correlation of family function with self-perceived burden,mental health status,and self-care ability in elderly patients with cataract

目的 探讨老年白内障患者家庭功能与自我感受负担、心理健康状况及生活自理能力的关系。方法 对248例老年白内障患者采用家庭关怀度指数量表(Family-APGAR)、自我感受负担量表(SPB)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和Barthel指数评定量表(BI)进行测评分析,使用Pearson相关性分析探讨家庭功能与自我感受负担、心理健康状况及生活自理能力的相关性。结果 本组老年白内障患者Family-APGAR评分为(5.86±1.99)分,其中家庭功能良好72例(29.03%),家庭功能中度障碍155例(62.50%),家庭功能重度障碍21例(8.47%)。老年白内障患者SPB评分为(31.40±12.68)分,SCL-90总均分为(2.45±0.82)分,BI评分为(67.68±22.99)分。不同家庭功能老年白内障患者SPB、SCL-90、BI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),进一步两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中家庭功能良好的患者SPB、SCL-90、BI评分优于家庭功能中度、重度障碍患者,中度障碍患者优于家庭功能重度患者。相关分析显示,老年白内障患者Family-APGAR评分与SPB、SCL-90评分呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与BI评分呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 老年白内障患者家庭功能普遍较差,家庭功能与自我感受负担、心理健康状况及生活自理能力密切相关,应从多个方面着手帮助其恢复健康的家庭功能,以促进心身健康。

Objective To explore the correlation of family function with self-perceived burden(SPB),mental health status(MHS) and self-care ability(SCA) in elderly cataract patient.Methods Evaluations and analyses were performed using the Family Adaptation,Partnership,Growth,Affection,and Resolve(Family-APGAR),Self-perceived Burden Scale(SPB),Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and Barthel Index(BI) in 248 elderly cataract patients,the correlations of family function with the SPB,MHS and SCA analyzed using Person-related statistical method.Results The Family-APGAR score of the patients was(5.86±1.99),of which 72 ones(29.03%) had good family function,155(62.50%) moderate family function disorder,and 21(8.47%) severe family function disorder.Scores on the SPB,SCL-90 and BI of the patients were(31.40±12.68),(2.45±0.82) and(67.68±22.99),respectively.Differences in SPB,SCL-90 and BI score of the patients with different family functions were statistically significant(P<0.01),further pairwise comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01),the SPB,SCL-90 and BI score were better in patients with good family function than ones with moderate and severe family function disorder,and so were those in moderate than severe family function disorder.Correlation analysis showed that Family-APGAR score was significantly negatively related to SPB and SCL-90(P<0.01) and positively to BI(P<0.01).Conclusion Family function of elderly cataract patients is generally poor and is closely related to the SPB,MHS and SCA,healthy family function should be restored from many aspects to promote psychosomatic health.
