健商理念联合4P医学模式对老年高血压患者血压控制健商水平及自我护理能力的影响

Influences of health quotient concept combined with 4P medicine on blood pressure control,health quotient levels,and self-care ability of elderly hypertensive patients

目的 探讨健商理念联合4P医学模式对老年高血压患者血压控制、健商水平、自我护理能力的影响。方法 将86例老年高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(健商理念联合4P医学模式护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组43例。比较干预前后两组患者血压水平,高血压病健商问卷、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分;统计并比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果 干预后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者高血压病健商问卷评分、ESCA各维度评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用健商理念结合4P医学模式可帮助老年高血压患者有效控制血压水平,提高患者健商水平及自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the influences of health quotient(HQ) concept combined with the Preventive,Predictive,Personalized,and Par ticipatory(4P medicine) on blood pressure control,HQ levels,self-ca re ability,a nd emotions of elderly hy per tensive patients.Methods Eighty-six elderly hyper tensive patients were assigned to observation(HQ concept + 4P medicine) and control(routine nu rsi ng) g roup accord i ng to ra ndom nu mber t able met hod,w it h 43 cases i n each.Pre-a nd postintervention blood pressure levels and scores on the HQ and Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)were compa red bet ween t wo g roup a nd t he occu r rences of compl icat ion s cou nted a nd compa red.Results After intervention systolic and diastolic blood pressures of both group lowered compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in observation than control group(P<0.01);the HQ score and each dimension score of the ESCA in both groups elevated and those were higher in observation than control group(P<0.01).The total complication incidence was lower in observation than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HQ concept combined with 4P medicine can effectively control blood pressure level of ea rly hy per tensive patients,improve HQ level a nd self-ma nagement ability,a nd reduce the incidence of complications.
