摘要 近年来成品油零售市场竞争愈加激烈,成品油零售企业面临极大困境和挑战。文章在成品油零售企业现有网络基础和市场状况下对已有的平台运营方式进行思考,探索运用平台运营思维,利用大数据分析促进成品油新零售模式的发展,以更高效、更精准地方式为客户提供服务,提升顾客黏性。 The competition in the refined oil retail market has become more and more intense in recent years,and oil product retailers are facing great difficulties and challenges.This paper has considered platform operation modes under the existing market conditions and network of refined oil retailers,explores and uses the platform operation thinking,and promotes the development of the new retail mode of oil products with big data analysis,to provide services for customers in a more efficient and accurate way and enhancing customer stickiness.
