摘要
在军民融合不断深化背景下,针对以往军用市场大多由军方主导,缺乏供需双方相互调节经验的问题,通过考虑多目标主体间的博奔特点,建立军品市场的奖惩机制,以实现多主体的多目标间的动态均衡。利用博奔理论描述军方参与民品市场后的博奔选择过程,建立了一种具有激励功能的定价机制,旨在于通过奖惩机制的应用改被动监管为主动激励,以大幅提高装备经费的使用效益。
Under the background of the deepening of civil-military integration,aiming at the problem that the military market was dominated by the military in the past and lacked the experience of mutual adjustment between supply and demand,the reward and punishment mechanism of the military market was established by considering the characteristics of the game between multi-objective subjects,so as to achieve the dynamic balance between multisubject and multi-objective.The game theory is used to describe the game selection process after the military participates in the civilian market,and a pricing mechanism with incentive function is proposed.The purpose is to change passive supervision into active incentive through the application of reward and punishment mechanism,so as to greatly improve the efficiency of equipment funds.
