摘要 地铁轴箱体是地铁车辆轴箱装配的重要零部件,随着车辆时速与承载量的不断提高,轴箱体铸件的产品质量要求也逐步提高。在铸造生产过程中铸件还存在着不同程度的铸造缺陷,铸造质量问题的产生与轴箱体的铸造工艺密切相关。对轴箱体铸造工艺进行分析,通过调整铸件浇冒口方案降低了铸造缺陷比例,最终废品率低至4%以下,提高了产品质量。 The Subway axle box is an important part of the axle box assembly of subway vehicles.With the continuous improvement of vehicle speed and bearing capacity,the product quality and weight requirements of castings have gradually increased.There are different degrees of casting defects in the production process of the axle box casting,and these quality problems have an important relationship with the casting process of the axle box.This article includes an analysis and research on the casting process of the axle box,adjusting the gating system and riser scheme,reducing the proportion of casting defects,finally the scrap rate is reduced to below 4%,and the quality of products is improved.
