细胞自体体外再生技术与负压吸疱表皮移植术在白癜风临床治疗中的优劣对比

Comparison of Advantages and Disadvantages Between ReCell Autologous Cell Regeneration Techniques and Negative Pressure Suction Blister Epidermal Grafting in the Clinical Treatment of Vitiligo

目的 对比细胞自体体外再生技术(ReCell技术)和负压吸疱表皮移植术治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取2018年1月—2022年12月昆明白癜风皮肤病医院就诊的稳定期混合型白癜风患者60例,白斑面积均>40 cm^(2)为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组30例,A组采用细胞自体体外再生技术,B组采用负压吸疱表皮移植术,对术后两组临床疗效和不良反应进行比较。结果 术后3个月,A组30例,痊愈16例,显效8例,好转3例,无效3例,有效率80.00%;B组30例,痊愈8例,显效5例,好转2例,无效15例,有效率43.33%;A组有效率高于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 细胞自体体外再生技术治疗稳定期白癜风疗效优于负压吸疱表皮移植术,值得临床选择应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of ReCell autologous cell regeneration techniques(ReCell technique)and negative pressure suction blister epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Sixty patients with multiple types of vitiligo in stable condition treated in Kunming Vitiligo Dermatology Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022,all with white patch area greater than 40 cm^(2),were randomly divided into group A(n=30)and group B(n=30).Group A was treated with ReCell technique,and group B was treated with negative pressure suction blister epidermal grafting.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months after surgery,of 30 patients in group A,16 were cured,8 achieved obvious effect,3 were improved and 3 did not respond to treatment;the total effective rate of group A was 80.00%.For 30 patients in group B,8 were cured,5 achieved obvious effect,2 were improved and 15 did not respond to treatment;the total effective rate of group B was 43.33%.The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ReCell technique is superior to negative pressure suction blister epidermal grafting in the treatment of stable vitiligo,which is worthy of clinical selection.
