新型冠状病毒感染伴皮肤瘀斑1例

COVID-19 Infection Associated with Ecchymosis:A Case Report

患者男,69岁,咳嗽、咳痰、喘息3 d。右侧腰背部可见大片状紫红色瘀斑。咽拭子COVID-19核酸阳性,CT示肺部感染。考虑瘀斑为新型冠状病毒感染的皮肤表现。予抗病毒、抗炎等治疗后肺部症状缓解,瘀斑逐渐消退。提示临床医生应关注新型冠状病毒感染的皮肤表现,皮疹可能与预后相关。

A 69-year-old male patient presented with cough,expectoration and wheezing for 3 d. Dermatological examination showed non-palpable ecchymosis involving the right back.The throat swab was positive for COVID-19 nucleic acid test and CT showed lung infection.The diagnosis was ecchymosis associated with COVID-19.The rash subsided after anti-viral,anti-infective and anti-inflammatory treatment.It suggests that clinicians should pay attention to the skin manifestations of COVID-19 infection,and the rash may be related to the prognosis.
