农业科研院所的办公室是单位或部门的“大脑”和“窗口”,是沟通上下的“咽喉”,是联系各方的“纽带”,更是服务支撑科技创新事业高质量发展的关键支撑。办公室的工作质量很大程度上决定着整个单位的管理服务效能,特别是随着数字化加速发展、组织赋能迭代加快,办公室工作对办公室人员工作能力提出了新的更高要求。文章科学分析了农业科研院所办公室工作的重要作用,以及新时代新形势对办公室工作的新要求,并针对当前人才队伍建设中存在的问题,从注重宏观思维能力培养、编制管理服务工作手册、创设办公室系统开放式工作例会等方面提出了办公室人员赋能的路径,以期为全国同类型单位提供借鉴。

Agricultural research institutes office is the "brain" and "window" of the organization or department, is the "throat" of communication up and down, and is the "link" that connects all parties, is the key support for the service to support the high-quality development of science and technology innovation. The quality of the work of the office largely determines the effectiveness of the management services of the whole institute. Especially with the accelerated development of digitalization and the accelerated iteration of organizational empowerment, the work of the office has put forward new and higher requirements for the work ability of the office staff. The article scientifically analyzes the important role of office work in agricultural research institutes and the new requirements for office work in the new era and new situation, and in view of the current problems in the construction of human resources, it puts forward the path of office staff empowerment from the aspects of focusing on the cultivation of macro-thinking ability, compiling the workbook of management services,and creating the open-ended regular meetings of the office system, in order to provide reference for similar institutes around the country.
