摘要
在国内外石油企业进一步降本增效的背景下,我国石油企业开启了“油公司”改革以提升企业效益并增强企业竞争力,而有效控制采购成本则成为了“油公司”模式改革的重点关注内容与重要手段。本文对“油公司”模式下石油物资采购进行分析,针对其存在的问题提出相应的改进策略,旨在提升石油企业物资采购管理工作水平,提高石油企业经济效益。
Under the background of further cost reduction and efficiency improvement of domestic and foreign petroleum enterprises,Chinese petroleum enterprises have initiated the reform of"oil company"in order to enhance enterprise efficiency and competitiveness.And effective control of procurement cost has become the focus of"oil company"mode reform content and important means.This paper analyzes the procurement of petroleum materials under themode of"oilcompany",and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies in view of the existing problems,in order to improve the management level of petroleum enterprises'procurement enterprises'procurement of materials and improve their economic benefits.
