摘要
目的 探究慢性踝关节不稳(chronic ankle instability,CAI)对高水平运动员动静态姿势控制的影响。方法 2021年9月至2021年12月招募吉林大学、东北师范大学、吉林省体育学院患有CAI的参与体育单招的高水平运动员(二级及以上)15例作为研究对象,将其分配到CAI组。此外,招募15例高水平运动员分配到对照组。分别通过压力中心和星状偏移测试高水平运动员的静态和动态姿势控制稳定性。结果 两组基线资料差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在闭眼进行压力中心测试期间,CAI组与对照组相比,表现出更大幅度的内外摆动距离(P <0.05)。对照组较CAI组在星形偏移测试中表现出更好的功能,包括前方、前外、外、后方、后内、内和前内方向(P <0.05)。结论 CAI对高水平运动员静态稳定性的影响不明显,CAI组动态姿势控制能力差,应当在CAI康复功能训练中关注。
Objective To explore the effects of chronic ankle instability(CAI)on dynamic and static postural control in high-level athletes.Methods From September to December 2021,15 high-level athletes(Level II and above)from Jilin University,Northeast Normal University and Jilin Provincial Institute of Physical Education with CAI were recruited as research objects and assigned to CAI group.In addition,15 high-level athletes were recruited and assigned to the control group.The stability of static and dynamic postural control of high-level athletes was tested by pressure center and star migration respectively.Results In this study,baseline information did not differ between the CAI and control groups,although pain scores did(P<0.05).CAI exhibited a higher internal and exterior oscillation distance during the center of pressure test with eyes closed than the control group(P<0.05).On the stellate offset test,the control group outperformed the CAI group in all directions(P<0.05).Conclusion Elite athletes had little static stability change from CAI.CAI patients have poorer dynamic postural control than controls.Therefore,these differences can serve as a basis for the future design of individualized exercise prescriptions for functional training in rehabilitation.
