次氯酸消毒种蛋效果研究

摘要 为探讨次氯酸消毒种蛋的效果,试验选用7种常见的消毒剂,对比相同消毒时间(10min)的消毒效果。结果显示,次氯酸对大肠埃希菌标准株和大肠埃希菌耐药株的最低抑菌浓度为10mL/L,优于戊二醛、过氧乙酸、二氧化氯等消毒剂;10~50mL/L浓度的次氯酸消毒种蛋可使种蛋表面大肠埃希菌的杀灭效果达到97%~99%;使用10mL/L的次氯酸喷淋消毒整车种蛋,与戊二醛喷淋同机孵化的同源同龄种蛋相比,次氯酸喷淋组种蛋受精率提高、孵化中止率降低。可见,次氯酸可以替代醛类等其他消毒剂进行种蛋消毒,并能提高种蛋利用率和孵化成绩。 To explore the disinfection effect of hypochlorous acid on breeding eggs and its impact on hatching efficiency,seven common disinfectants with different components were selected for the experiment,and the same disinfection time(10 minutes)was used to com pare the disinfection effect of breeding eggs.The experimental results showed that the minimum bactericidal concentration of hypochlorous acid against 108 CFU/mL standard and resistant strains of Escherichia coli was 10mL/L,which was better than disinfec tants such as glutaraldehyde,peracetic acid,and chlorine dioxide;Disinfecting seed eggs with a concentration of 10~50mL/L hypochlorous acid can achieve a 97%to 99%killing effect on Escherichia coli on the surface of the eggs;Using 10mL/L hypochlorous acid spray to disinfect the whole vehicle's eggs,compared with the same origin and same age eggs incubated in the same machine with glutaraldehyde spray,the hypochlorous acid spray group showed an increase in egg fertilization rate,a decrease in hatching termination rate It can be seen that hypochlorous acid can replace other disinfectants such as aldehydes for egg disinfection,and can improve the u tilization rate and hatching performance of eggs.
