Evaluation and comparison of public health governance capacity in Anhui Province

摘要依据适宜公共健康体系的系统评价与比较分析,安徽省公共健康治理能力在全国范围内位居第8位(评分为683.7分),排名高于其人均GDP排名,位居中部地区第1位,但与长三角地区其他省市相比仍有差距。安徽省已具备良好的政策环境(评分685.7分)、组织架构基本形成体系(评分866.5分)等优势,但日常工作协调乏力(评分343.2分)、部门职责分工不明(评分257.9分)等短板仍需弥补。若能以明确各方职责并确保落实为突破口,全面改善与突破,安徽省将可以实现“巩固中部领先位置、缩小与长三角地区差距”的发展目标。 According to a systematic evaluation and comparative analysis of the suitable public health sys-tem,the capacity of public health governance in Anhui Province ranks the eighth nationwide(scoring 683.7 points),surpassing its per capita GDP ranking and taking the first in Central China.However,there is still a gap when it is compared with other provinces and municipality in the Yangtze River Delta region.Anhui Province has established a favorable policy environment(scoring 685.7 points)and a basic organizational structure(scoring 866.5 points).However,there are still weaknesses that need to be addressed,such as inadequate coordination in daily operations(scoring 343.2 points)and unclear division of responsibilities among departments(scoring 257.9 points).If Anhui Province can make a comprehensive improvement and breakthrough by clarifying the responsibil-ities of all parties and ensuring the implementation,it will be able to achieve the development goal of"consolida-ting the leading position in Central China and narrowing the gap with the Yangtze River Delta region."
