宫颈机能不全行宫颈环扎术后宫缩抑制剂配合中药治疗的疗效

Efficacy of Uterine Contraction Inhibitor with Traditional Chinese Medicine After Cervical Cerclage for Cervical Insufficiency

目的 分析宫颈机能不全行宫颈环扎术后宫缩抑制剂配合中药治疗的疗效。方法 2022年1月至2023年8月在九江市妇幼保健院收治的宫颈机能不全行宫颈环扎术后患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组接受宫缩抑制剂治疗,观察组接受宫缩抑制剂联合中药治疗。比较两组平均分娩孕周、延长孕周时间、新生儿Apgar评分、妊娠结局、总有效率以及患者用药后的不良反应发生率。结果 观察组平均分娩孕周、延长孕周时间长于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,妊娠结局优于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论宫颈机能不全行宫颈环扎术后宫缩抑制剂配合中药治疗的疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of uterine contraction inhibitor combined with traditional Chinese medicine after cervical cerclage for cervical incompetence.Methods Eighty patients with cervical insufficiency after cervical cerclage admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with contraction inhibitors,and the observation group was treated with contraction inhibitors combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The two groups were compared in terms of average delivery gestational weeks,prolongation of gestational weeks,neonatal Apgar score,pregnancy outcome,overall effective rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions after the patients'medication.Results The observation group's average delivery gestational weeks and extended gestational weeks were longer than those of the control group,the newborn Apgar score was higher than that of the control group,and the pregnancy outcome was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of uterine contraction inhibitor combined with traditional Chinese medicine for cervical incompetence after cervical cerclage is exact.
