摘要
目的 进行妊娠期糖尿病临床治疗方案地特胰岛素与诺和灵N的疗效对比观察。方法 选取太仓市第一人民医院2019年1月至2023年10月收治的71例妊娠期糖尿病患者为本次研究对象,应用随机数字表法进行分组,接受诺和灵N治疗的35例组成对照组,地特胰岛素治疗的36例组成观察组。比较临床疗效、血糖、胰岛功能、不良妊娠结局及不良反应。结果 观察组临床疗效有效率、HOMA-β水平均高于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、HOMA-IR水平以及不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组、对照组不良反应分别8.33%、5.71%,对比差异无统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论治疗妊娠期糖尿病对患者应用地特胰岛素疗效比诺和灵N好,可有效控制血糖,改善胰岛功能,能够获得理想的妊娠结局,用药有较高的安全性。
Objective To compare the efficacy of insulin Detemir and novolin N in the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Seventy-one cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Taicang City from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study,and the randomized numerical table method was applied to group them,with 35 cases treated with Novalurin N constituting the control group,and 36 cases treated with Dieter's insulin constituting the observation group.Clinical efficacy,blood glucose,islet function,adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical efficacy rate and HOMA-βlevel of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the incidence of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose level,HOMA-IR level,and adverse pregnancy outcome of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were 8.33%and 5.71%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,the therapeutic effect of Detemir is better than that of novolin N,which can effectively control blood sugar,improve islet function,achieve ideal pregnancy outcome,and have high safety.
