灵活护理模式对眼底出血患者视力康复及心理状态的影响

The Influence of Flexible Nursing Mode on Visual Rehabilitation and Mental State of Patients with Fundus Hemorrhage

目的探究灵活护理模式对眼底出血患者视力康复及心理状态的影响。方法纳入2021年6月至2022年6月诊断的眼底出血患者96例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(48例)、对照组(48例),观察组接受灵活护理模式,对照组接受常规护理干预。所有患者均连续护理4周,比较两组患者干预前后视力和情绪变化。结果干预后,观察组患者黄斑厚度、眼压水平均低于对照组,视力高于对照组患者(均P<0.05);干预后观察组患者不良情绪SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论灵活护理模式应用于眼底出血患者效果显著,可显著改善患者不良情绪,提高患者视力。

Objective To explore the impact of flexible nursing models on visual rehabilitation and mental state of patients with fundus hemorrhage.Methods A total of 96 patients with fundus hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(48 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received flexible nursing mode.All patients were continuously cared for 4 weeks,and the changes in vision and mood before and after intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The depression score(SDS),anxiety score(SAS),surgical fear situation score(SFQ),and complication rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after the nursing care(all P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of flexible nursing mode to patients with fundus hemorrhage has significant effects,can improve their negative emotions,improve their vision.
