膝关节单髁置换手术患者应用思维导图引导无缝隙护理的临床效果

The Clinical Effects of Mind Map-Guided Seamless Nursing in Patients Undergoing Unicondylar Knee Replacement Surgery

目的 分析思维导图引导无缝隙护理对膝关节单髁置换手术患者康复的影响。方法 选取2020年6月—2023年6月在厦门大学附属中山医院行膝关节单髁置换手术治疗患者100例,随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用经思维导图引导无缝隙护理,比较两组美国特种外科医院膝关节功能评分(HSS)、对疾病相关知识知晓评分、术后康复依从性评分、住院时间及住院期间围手术期并发症发生情况。结果 观察组HSS评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组对疾病相关知识知晓及康复锻炼依从性评分高于对照组(均P <0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P <0.05);住院期间并发症总发生率观察组更低(4.0%vs.18.0%)(均P <0.05)。结论 经思维导图引导无缝隙护理有效提高患者对疾病相关知识认知水平,减少并发症发生,促使其积极配合术后康复治疗,促进其膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mind map-guided seamless nursing on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing unicondylar knee replacement surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent unicondylar knee replacement surgery in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with mind map-guided seamless nursing.The knee joint function score(HSS),disease-related knowledge score,postoperative rehabilitation compliance score,length of stay and perioperative complications during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The HSS score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Observation group was higher than control group in knowledge of disease and compliance with rehabilitation exercise(all P<0.05),and the length of hospitalization was shorter than control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications during hospitalization was lower in the observation group(4.0%vs.18.0%)(all P<0.05).Conclusions Mind map-guided seamless nursing can effectively improve patients'cognition level of diseaserelated knowledge,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote their active cooperation with postoperative rehabilitation treatment,and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
