特色中医护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及功能的影响

The Effect of Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on the Pain Degree and Function of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 探究特色中医护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及功能影响。方法 纳入2022年1月至2023年10月在我院中医科住院治疗的92例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为A组、B组,每组各46例,分别实施常规护理、特色中医护理,比较两组护理效果、护理前后疼痛程度、腰椎功能[腰椎功能评分(Japanese Orthopaedic Association score,JOA)、腰椎功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)]。结果 护理前两组一般资料及腰椎功能评分等基线数据无统计学差异(均P> 0.05)。经护理干预后,B组护理有效率较A组高(P <0.05);护理后B组静息、运动数字疼痛法(numerical rating scal,NRS)评分均较A组低(P <0.05);护理后B组腰椎JOA评分较A组高,ODI评分较A组低(均P <0.05)。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施特色中医护理,可提升护理效果,降低其静息及运动疼痛,降低其腰椎功能障碍程度,促进其腰椎功能恢复。

Objective To explore the impact of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the pain degree and function of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 92 patients with lumbar disc herniation(enrollment time from January 2022 to October 2023)were randomly assigned to group A and group B,with 46 cases in each group.Routine nursing and characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing were given in group A and B,respectively.The nursing effects,pain levels before and after nursing,and lumbar spine function[Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and Oswestry disability index(ODI)]were compared between the two groups.Results The baseline data of the two groups had no statistical difference before nursing(all P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the nursing effectiveness rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05);the resting and exercise numerical rating scale(NRS)scores of group B were lower than those of group A(P<0.05);the JOA score of the lumbar spine in group B was higher than that in group A,while the ODI score was lower than that in group A(all P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve nursing efficacy,reduce their resting and movement pain,lower their degree of lumbar functional impairment,and promote their lumbar functional recovery.
